Sallybase Solutions Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing technology firm committed to innovation and a people-first culture. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to manage our entire human resources function and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

 

Primary Role and Responsibilities

 

This is a full-spectrum HR role encompassing strategic planning, talent acquisition, policy development, and culture management.

 

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

 

Design and execute a holistic recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent across all departments.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions (like this one!) to negotiating offers and conducting new-hire orientation.

Develop and maintain a talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives.

 

2. HR Policy & Compliance

 

Establish, update, and enforce all internal HR policies and procedures (e.g., leave, code of conduct, performance management).

Ensure the company's HR practices are in full compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.

Manage and administer the payroll process, employee benefits, and compensation structures.

 

3.  Employee Development & Culture

 

Drive and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture that aligns with business objectives.

Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback loops.

Identify and coordinate employee training and development (L&D) needs and programs.

Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and handle disciplinary issues with fairness and discretion.


 

Required Qualifications & Skills

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA/PGDM in HR) is a plus.

Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least [Insert Specific Years] in a managerial or leadership capacity.

Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of current Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
